Could our boy Oreo be celebrating his first year birthday in a new home with you?

Oreo is a 15 pound chihuahua-terrier mix who turns 1 year old on April 1st!  He has been recovering from an embedded collar injury, and now he's healed up and ready to find his forever home.  He is a low-key sun worshipper who loves to lie in the sun and snuggle with his person.  He's good with dog friends but is more of an independent soul.  He is crate trained and house trained.
